The fee can be paid by online transfer only. If you want to pay by credit card or any other card, kindly get in touch with us for a discussion and we can definitely find a way out.
When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
Payment schedule
Payment can be done in 3 easy instalments.
50% of the ride cost for booking.
Remaining 25% in the second instalment
Last 25% amount to be paid a month before the ride starts If for any reason you fail the pay the full amount before a month of start date, Tourbugs has a right to release the booking and offer the spot to someone else.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of this ride /services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s Tourbugs must be notified of the same in writing at explore@tourbugs.in
In the event of cancellation due to any reason a fee will be charged by Tourbugs.
Refund Terms:
Booking amount INR 8000 is non-refundable and non-adjustable. (This fee will be charged by Tourbugs irrespective of when you cancel the ride)
If you cancel within a week after the booking- 80% refund (the charges for outward remittance to be paid by the customer)
46-60 days prior to the ride – 40% of the package cost will be refunded
45 days prior to the ride date 20% of the package cost will be refunded
30 days prior to the ride date or no show- No refund Please note: If you have not paid the full amount of the ride and you cancel for some reason a month before ride, you are liable to pay the full amount as discussed while booking the ride.
Refund Policy:
All refund amounts will be processed within 2-3 weeks. This only counts the working business days and not holidays.
International payment refunds will take time depending on the amount, country etc. The outward remittance charges will have to be paid by the customer and not Tourbugs.
All applicable refunds are done in bank accounts only. No cash refunds.
